My first time having braces. Let me tell you I need them! Serious crowding in my teeth. With some cosmetic defects and a broken took. So far I have had some complications with a bracket failure and bumper falling out while brushing. Each time JASON has come to the rescue and corrected my issues without hesitation. This will be a long road to travel. It wont be the most comfortable. I'll have many other complications until I see my end result that I desire. I am going for Hollywood smile. But I'm happy knowing I will be in good hands. Thank you Dr Becher and staff for helping me go down the road less traveled at 35. Thank you Jason for making it more comfortable and stress free.

Dr Becker is amazing! She is so thorough and really cares for each and every patient. I just had surgery so the visits have been very painful but most of the staff is very sweet and patient with me. I would recommend her office to anyone that needs orthodontic care.

Dr Becher and her staff are professional, kind and always have a smile to share. This tight knit group clearly enjoys what they do and the coworkers they work with everyday. My kids love going for their appointments. They love the games, competitions and of course, spinning the wheel! Dr Becher always recommends what’s in the best interest of the child and the parents’ pocket book. I recommend this entire team!

Dr Becher has been amazing for us. She was conservative in my son’s treatment and did not rush to get braces on him before she felt his teeth were ready, which meant less time in braces overall, and ultimately a smaller price tag. She and her staff are always professional and pleasant, and my son’s teeth are absolute perfection.

From my initial consult to braces and Invisaligns and finally retainers, Dr. Becher stood by me at each crucial step. She is extremely competent and professional, while at the same exuding a warm and caring manner. Her advice along the way was sound and she earned my complete trust. We have had one child complete braces with Dr Becher and the second one is nearing the end of her treatment. Dr. Becher is the absolute BEST! We have seen everyone in her office and they are all amazing. Dr. Becher is extremely thourough and a bit of a perfectionist, which is one reason we love her. Both my kids had their braces with Dr. Becher. My son's came off several years ago and my daughter's braces just came off. We loved our experience. Scheduling 2 busy students is challenging with a busy office, but the staff worked with us & showed patience when we got into scheduling jams. Both kids liked the assistants & Dr. Becher. Their reminders to wear their rubberbands were friendly and not scolding. We picked Dr. Becher because she donated to our elementary school but I didn't know her. I'm so glad that I chose her business because then I did get to know her and she is a really great person and my kids teeth look great!

Dr Becher’s office came recommended from my child’s Pediatric Dentist. Went in for a cross bite situation for pre-orthodontics. Very pleased with the results. Both Dr Rangwalla and Dr Becher are skilled and knowledgeable in their field of work. Short wait times and kind and courteous staff are also a huge plus, will be coming back in the future with my kids as they move into orthodontics!

I highly recommend Dr. B's office! My daughter had a bad cross bite and over the past couple of years of treatment, the shape of her face has completely changed and she is well on her way to a beautiful smile. Even my 7-year-old son enjoys going to the office visits because Dr. B has gone out of her way to make sure that her office is a great place for kids, complete with snacks, video games, and a prize wheel. Plus, the rest of the staff there is also top notch. I drive past MANY other orthodontist offices to come here and I will never go anywhere else!!

I am a dental hygienist here in Austin, Texas. Dr. Mary Kay Becher worked with my daughter Penny, for several years, helping to solve her orthodontic problems. Dr. Becher and Dr. Rangwala took their time to do an excellent job. They have an eye for every detail. My daughter's teeth turned out beautiful. Dr. Becher's staff is very sweet, professional and attentive. Even when I would forget to make an appointment, Bonnie would call to remind me. If you want a great orthodontics and service, I recommend Dr. Becher and her staff.

The staff was always super friendly and helpful. I never met a staff member without a genuine smile. On top of the awesome staff Dr. Becher and Dr. R were extremely nice and attentive to my needs. My braces were expected to take up to 20 months and they only took 14. I now have a great smile and would most definitely recommend Dr. Becher and Dr. R and their staff to anyone who asks.

Dr. Becher did both my daughter's braces, as well as putting me back into them as an adult. Friendly staff. Beautiful office. Was a great experience all the way around. She monitored my youngest from age 7 because her teeth were a crowded mess. By pulling baby teeth early, she managed to complete her entire case without needing to do any extractions. And thanks to SureSmile, she didn't even have to wear her braces for an entire year! Unbelievable. Can't say enough good things.

I will use one word to describe my recent visit to Dr Becher's office - optimum. Optimum is the Latin word for best, which is how I rate my overall experience that began with filling out the much dreaded paperwork, getting x-rays, consulting with Dr Becher, and then implementation of the treatment plan. During each of these successive steps she and her staff were polite, helpful, professional and most importantly respectful of my time.

This is what my pre teen son says:"They were very nice, they make sure you didn't hurt during the procedure. They warn you when something is going to taste bad (like the glue). They really seemed to care about me. They make sure everything is done right. They explain what they are going to do so you are not frightened when they glue something in. They have always treated me well. I do not fear going to see her, and I am always excited to see the staff, they are always friendly and helpful."He did not complain when he came back home with metal in his mouth, and is wearing the bands, brushing his teeth and doing what Dr. Becher told him to do. This makes dad happy!
