Bonnie’s smiling face has ben with our practice since 1980 and is she is one of the first people you will see when you visit our office. Not only will she check you in, she’ll answer your telephone calls, schedule your appointments and verify your insurance.
A native Austinite, when she is not at the office she can be found with her family, cooking, gardening, perusing garage sales, or loving on her rat terrier “Daisy”. Her favorite food is Mexican food!
When Linda isn’t helping our doctors out with public relations and contests, she is helping Bonnie at our front desk. She has been with our practice since 2003 and loves being in orthodontics because she gets to see all of the beautiful new smiles.
She is the mother of three very talented daughters, one of whom created most of the fabulous artwork in our office. When she is not at the office, she can be found in her garden, sewing, cooking or refinishing furniture. One of these days she would like to take a Viking river cruise in Europe.
Allison is one of our New Patient Treatment Coordinators. A native Austinite, she works closely with our doctors to help develop your treatment plan and make sure that all your questions get answers. One of her favorite parts of the job is watching the shy patients that didn’t smile before beam with joy when they get their braces off.
Watch yourself with Allison! She has her Criminal Justice Degree! Married to her awesome hubby since 2000, they have a son, Michael. She has an addiction to Peeps and loves all things colorful! After 4 years with our practice, she is still trying to convince Dr. Becher to let her wear her pink wheeled roller skates to work.
Lisa takes care of our Kid’s Club (patients not quite ready for braces.) Every chance she gets, she’s on a beach in Port Aransas, watching her kids play soccer, enjoying time at home with her family, or out on the Town Lake Hike & Bike Trail.
She’s originally from Kansas and will always be a Jayhawk at heart. She loves country music, but don’t ask her to dance. She loves orthodontics! She finds it quite interesting because no two cases are the same. Watching our doctors create beautiful smiles is her favorite part!
If you have questions about how much your braces are going to cost or if you insurance is going to pay for them, Tracy is your gal! Growing up in Leakey, Texas (population 393), she grew up roller skating downtown and charging at the drug store.
When she isn’t working in our office, she can be found with her husband at various live music venues around Austin, doing home improvement projects, or hanging out with her family. Her greatest joy has ben watching her son Foster (A senior at Austin High…) grow up! One day she would like to see the tulips in Holland, the castles in Prague and take a train through Siberia.
If you are a SureSmile© patient, no doubt you have met Michelle. Michelle has been with our practice since 2010.
She has two beautiful children, Emma and Noah. She enjoys live music and spending time with her family outdoors. She’s got too many things on her bucket list to include here! Her favorite part of her job is helping people of all ages transform their smile!
Amanda is one of our many amazing orthodontic assistants. If you are the quiet type, beware! She’d love to chat with you and get to know you better!
As a Navy brat, she moved around a lot growing up. When she’s not fixing your smile, she loves animals, hanging out in her garden and watching movies! Don’t ask her to give up Netflix!
Rozi is another of our talented orthodontic assistants. When she’s not at the office she’s hanging out with her precious toddler son and love of her life Chris! Her favorite part of orthodontics is seeing the “end result.”
One day she hopes to visit Greece. Her mom makes the absolute best homemade salsa (NO KIDDING! Anybody who has tasted it will agree!)
You can’t miss Jessica! She’s the tallest person in our office! She enjoys being one of our orthodontic assistants because it’s hands on and makes her day go by fast.
She is married and has a sweet little dog named “Gemma”. Someday she hopes to have a small farm out in the country. If you want to get on her good side, show up with something for her sweet tooth!
